Delivery

We have 3 time-slots for delivery: 10am – 2pm, 2pm – 6pm, 6pm – 10pm.

Subjected to availability. Should you wish to do so, you may contact our after sales personnel at 9642 5561 to check on the possible delivery slot.

Yes. We will need someone to receive and acknowledge the products.

We will inform you before delivery so that someone can be at home to receive the order. If our attempt to reach you is unsuccessful and there is a missed delivery, we will arrange a re-delivery, with a re-delivery fee of $10.

For orders above $30 and below $80, a $5 delivery charge will apply. Free delivery is available for orders above $80.

Nope, there is no minimum order required. However, for orders below $30 only self-collection is available.

Yes. We provide islandwide delivery, including Sentosa and Tuas Industrial area, additional delivery charges may apply.

Yes. You may collect your products at *SCAPE, 2 Orchard Link #03-03 S(237978) between 12pm - 9pm.

Shaved ice will be provided for all products.

Ordering

Yes, the cut off timing is 10pm. Products will be send to you on the next available day according to your selected delivery time.

We apologise that confirmed orders cannot be cancelled.

Product Information

Yes, we provide these services with no additional charges.

The weight of the products stated on the website is before descaled, degutted, degilled and cleaned.

Yes, all fillet products will be deboned and cleaned. However, there may be tiny bones in the fish. Please be caution at your own discretion.

You can store your products in the chiller for 1-2 days.

You can store your products in the freezer up to 1 month to retain the freshness.

We indicate our recommendations under the product listing.

We will clean the product and pack it in a bag and deliver to you.

Payment Methods

Currently, we only accept payment through PayNow (UEN:201605524H) and internet bank transfer (Account No: 023-905335-1, Bank: DBS, Recipient Name: PopeJai Pte Ltd).

Full payment should be made within 2 hours after the order has been placed.

Unsatisfied with an order

All products are required to be acknowledged and accepted in its good condition upon receiving. Once the goods are received, it will not be exchangeable and/or refundable.

You can write in to us at admin@popejai.com or you may contact our after sales personnel at 9642 5561 to address your issue. If the goods are not accurate as per order requirement or you are dissatisfied with our product, please take a picture with the description.

All products sources at PJ Produce are subjected to availability in the marketplace and freshness of the products are ensured.

Yes, we encourage you to do so.

There are 2 options:
1) You can either provide us the address & contact of the recipient
OR
2)You can pay it forward to our beneficiaries groups.
